Did you use the nrf toolbox app for Android? I have not had any experience with the BlueCove library, but I guess if you would spend enough time with it, you would figure it out. You could check out the &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-nRF-Toolbox"&gt;nrf toolbox app in Github&lt;/a&gt;, as this was written in Java for Android. I would take a look at the source code &amp;amp; see what they use.
