I've compiled my project on macOS using ARM-GCC. Using the PCA10028 and the nRF51422, which works great on my Dev Board.
I then tried to flash the same hex file onto my custom board which

RE: Flashing onto nRF1822, GCC compiled

Changing the linker memory settings as outlined in this post got it working for me: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

RE: Flashing onto nRF1822, GCC compiled

Ah okay so in the *.ld I see:

{
 FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x1b000, LENGTH = 0x25000
 RAM (rwx) : ORIGIN = 0x20001870, LENGTH = 0x6790
}```

What should these be set to for the 1822?

I also made it use the synthesised clock with the 16MHz crystal.

Note that the QFAB variant has only 128KB flash and 16 kB RAM. If you have compiled with wrong RAM settings, the stack will not work.
