&lt;p&gt;Having one pin duplicate the state of another is possible, by using the GPIOTE and PPI modules, but if you need the mirroring to go both ways I am not sure how simple it would be.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Couldn&amp;#39;t you just remap the I2C interface to one of the two buses, depending on which I2C slave you are talking to?&lt;/p&gt;
