 This will be my first time publishing an IEEE paper on an application of nrf52. I want to know on what should i know before doing that.

It has some really good tips. I have written an IEEE paper before, so I know it takes a long time to write the paper in the correct style &amp;amp; format it correctly. You are not violating any copyright issues by mentioning this information in your research paper. One of the main goal with research papers is to let other researchers replicate &amp;amp; verify your results in an easy manner, right. So if you mention that you are using an nrf52dk for example, this makes it much easier for researchers to verify your results &amp;amp; maybe build upon your results to come up with even better results.
