It sounds like you're facing quite a challenge getting the nRF51822-mKIT to work as an HID gamepad. It reminds me of a bat smash game—sometimes you swing and miss before you hit that perfect home run! Have you checked if your device's HID service is correctly configured? It might also help to look into the compatibility of the BLE stack on your systems.

Can you explain what you did? Did you use the new mbed APIs or the nRF51 SDK?

i made my nrf51822 as a joystick game pad，and it works well on windows8.

BTW, Windows 7 doesn't support HID over Bluetooth LE, but Windows 8 does.
