You are correct, I forgot to mention that nRF51 is only supported until SDK v12.3.0. SDK v13.0.0 supports nRF52 only. Thus, you should download SDK v12.3.0, here is the link. I have corrected my answer.

Hi,

Is this a stable version which can be used for production? Or is it still in development phase?
Which one should I download .

The third option doesn't have S130 in it. Also id doesn't support PCA10028, which is there in my nrf51-DK!!

Hi Vineeshvs,

Secure DFU (i.e. DFU with signed images) was introduced in SDK v12.0.0 and is available in all newer SDK versions, e.g. v12.x.x and v13.0.0.

In SDK v12.x.x and newer the only supported SoftDevice for the nRF51 series is the S130 v2.0.x, see this Infocenter page.

I recommend using the latest SDK version that supports the nRF51 series, i.e. SDK v12.3.0.
