&lt;p&gt;After the PPK is placed on the DK, could you then you try to flash the PPK with the &lt;code&gt;flash_ppk.py&lt;/code&gt; script, and then run the ppk.py right after that:&lt;/p&gt;

In python window, errer message: &amp;#39;Initialization failed, could not read calibration values&amp;#39;.

&lt;p&gt;You need to install  &lt;a href="https://www.python.org/"&gt;Python 2.7.13&lt;/a&gt;, and set &lt;a href="https://docs.python.org/2/using/windows.html#excursus-setting-environment-variables"&gt;PATH environmental variable&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To add the Python directory to the path for a particular session in Windows −&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the command prompt − type &lt;code&gt;path %path%;C:\Python27&lt;/code&gt; and press Enter.&lt;/p&gt;
