Recommended VDD is between 1.7V and 3.6V.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In order to use 5V for UART, you will need to use some &lt;a href="https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/bi-directional-logic-level-converter-hookup-guide"&gt;level shifters&lt;/a&gt;.
