Hi Arun, have you taken a look at this case yet? Do you want to change the mac address during bootup or at run-time? Also, which file are you currently adding the code above to? If this doesn't work, I'll try the code on my nrf51dk and see if that works.

It is not working.

The code i have posted above(for changing the MAC ID) is working for all the other examples but it is not working for "ble_app_beacon" example.

I found that the function used to set MAC id,

sd_ble_gap_address_set(uint8_t addr_cycle_mode, ble_gap_addr_t const *p_addr) is different as it takes two arguments in case of ble_app_beacon example.

But in all other examples the same function takes a single argument ,

sd_ble_gap_addr_set(&m_central_addr);

Can you please try changing the MAC ID in ble_app_beacon example.

Hi endnote, Please try the above code in ble_app_beacon example. I am sure it wont work. The same code works for other examples in SDK.
