&lt;p&gt;I believe it is refering to the RF performance test guidelines white paper &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.whitepapers/dita/whitepapers/pdflinks/nwp_006.html?cp=11_16"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. Section 4 deals with frequency accuracy.&lt;/p&gt;
