It run succes now. There is a problem solved: lates mesh SDK version is 0.10.1, in the SDK  the nrf sdk version is nRF5_SDK_14.0.0_3bcc1f7, but in the pwm project is nRF5_SDK_14.1. Check the bottom comments. Should definitely help you to get pwm working in the mesh sdk.
