 I&amp;#39;m trying to use mac to develop nRF52832 DK. I have installed the lastest J-Link driver and SES. I downloaded nRF5 SDK 14.2.0 and just open ble_hrs project with no modification. You can naturally put the folder anywhere you want &amp;amp; just set your path to where the softdevice hex file is located. Just make sure that you make the path as short as possible (i.e. put it somewhere close to /Users/your_username/ folder). I&amp;#39;ve found a way to solve this problem temporarily. Do as your answer and clean the project. Then Build the project. Click the Debug -&amp;gt; Go enter debug mode. Then exit debug mode. Clean the solution, and Build the solution. Then everything will be OK. Instead of loading the s140 softdevice (which is used for the nrf52840 PDK), you will have to find the s132 softdevice for the nrf52832 DK in the SDK 14.2 folder under &lt;code&gt;components/softdevice/s132/hex&lt;/code&gt;.
