 we want to calculate the total power consumption when the controller is put on SYSTEM ON low power mode. Do you have any information on the way to do this?

&lt;p&gt;You have entire chip specification (on Infocenter) with all the electrical characteristics so you can model whatever you want (not mentioning that you don&amp;#39;t say which Nordic chip you are using). It was mentioned on several places on this forum that such models are typically out of reality by 10-100% depending on how well you design the entire PCB (nRFx chip is not the only thing in your system!) and so it&amp;#39;s always better to build the prototype and then measure and optimize (by both HW and FW changes).
