Hej Petter, So first of all I'm using SDK 14.2, with SD 212. I followed your suggestion on finding all instances of the function call, and indeed in "ant_state_indicator.c" there was a condition for channel close that triggered it, many thanks! When asked to upload the complete project how is that usually done? is there a quick way in Keil to export the whole thing, like a pack-and-go feature?

I'm not sure what is going on. Would it be possible for you to edit your question and upload your complete project so I can test it here? What SDK and SoftDevice version are you using? Have you tried searching for places where nrf_pwr_mgmt_shutdown() is called? And tried to put a breakpoint on these places? You could also check the call stack, maybe it can give some clues.
