OK. Understand the solution was:

nrfjprog -f NRF52 -r

instead of

nrfjprog -f NRF52 -p

Could you please so kind to give an example for a command line with "--reset" or "--run". Uwe

The reset-pin configuration will be latched after a reset or when the CPU spins back up. There is no reset in your sequence, so the CPU is still in a halted state and nothing happens. You need to add a --run or --reset to enable the reset-pin in firmware, then the --pinreset should work.
