A nRF51 rarely resets without a reason. Have you tried debugging? Most likely one of your function calls returns an error and by default this causes the system to reset. You can however, debug like this to find the error code and origin. If you find an error, look up the code in the documentation of the guilty function to get a clue about what is going on.
