Hi, to create applications on the PC that act as a peripheral (slave) you can try the nRF51 BLE Driver available for download from Nordic mypage. It will allow you to write applications on the PC that control a nRF51822 device with S110 SoftDevice.

The nRF51 BLE Driver is a C DLL with a GATT/GAP level API similar to the SoftDevice.
