Now your device is running peripheral example which has advertising function so your app can scan for your device. and If you could be more specific for your application. But if we connect through App then it is connecting. what is reason behind this? Central Device Connect to other BLE Device. So you should use ble_app_uart in ble_peripheral folder if you want the device send you uart data to cell phone form device.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
