I've tried Google Chrome and Opera.
If that helps, I have an HP ZBook G3 mobile workstation.

RE: Windows 10 and Thingy 52, can't use web app

Ok for the issue Under windows 10.

The implementation status can be tracked here.

However, there is now a polyfill for WIndows 10 available here. The requirements for WIndows 10 version are listed on the GitHub page. The polyfill covers large parts of the specification and all of the most important features to get up and running with Web Bluetooth. If you want to start developing your own Web Bluetooth apps, I can recommend using these samples for reference.

RE: Windows 10 and Thingy 52, can't use web app

As you can see from my answer above, Windows is not part of the supported operating systems. You might be able to find some kind of workaround for this, but as far as I know it is not possible on Windows.
Best regards, Joakim.

RE: Windows 10 and Thingy 52, can't use web app

It seems it is not supported:

But as seen in Joakim answer, Windows is not listed in the "Supported operating systems" list, so it might not work

RE: Windows 10 and Thingy 52, can't use web app

I have the same problem, while the devic is discovered in the Devices section in Windows the HTML 5 app does not work.
