There might be some issues with the nRF USB port on your board. If you want help to get the USB port to work, please create a support request on MyPage.

Here what is written on the PDKs: PCA10056, V0.9.2, 2017.32 , 683300167. In the meantime, I tried the CLI example with UART and this works for me now. So if you want me to check/test something in order to improve your firmware/hardware development, I will. Otherwise it's fine for me now.

What is the version number on your nRF52840 PDKs?

OK, somehow it recognized the device and I was able to set it up and start it as thread device. But when I tried to connect to the second dev kit. I had the same error. And now that I disconnected the first one, none of them are recognized again.
