There is no reason to believe one is better than the other. I did a couple of measurements:

S110 sleep current only = 3,76uA:

S110 average over ~4.8s with advertising intervals at ~190ms = 155uA

S130 sleep current only = 3.90uA:

S130 average over ~4.8s with advertising intervals at ~190ms = 150uA:

As you can see, in sleep mode the difference is 140 nA in favour of S110. The average current over 5 seconds differ by 5 uA in favour of S130. Both differences can be attributed to measurement errors. The PPK's measurement resolution in the 0-70uA range is 200 nA and average current over 5 seconds depends for example on how many scan requests the device receives.
