I'm sorry that you find the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and the ble_app_uart example hard to understand.
I would suggest that you try to find some literature about getting started with BLE.
We also offer a lot of information and tutorials for getting started with Nordic Semiconductors devices.

UART Example

The ble_app_uart example includes one service; the Nordic UART Service.
With the UART example you can use the nRF52-DK as a peer to the phone application "nRF Toolbox".

At the top of this very page is a 'Tutorials' link. Have you looked at them? Having your first post complain about the infocenter without providing a single detail yourself about what you think is lacking isn't a great start.

Check the tutorials, if you have actual questions instead of a generic 'it's not good enough', post them.

You are crazy:) There are all the tutorials under "Tutorials" button just few pixels above the button you used for asking this useless question... have you read them? Any specific point where it didn't work for you?
