No problem, Wikipedia and Google are your friends. There are many books and sides about BLE, every second should cover the basics.

Your assumptions about how BLE works are probably wrong. Back to study. BLE uses hopping sequence where it typically uses full spectrum of 37 channels. That allows surprising scalability to thousands of simultaneous connections at the same place and time with minimum collisions.

Jesus NO! BLE has defined behavior on radio channels on PHY and LL layers. This is managed by stack (e.g. Nordic Soft Device if you use that). In advertising/broadcasting stage you can only say which from ADV channels you want to use or not. During connection all remaining channels are used according to hopping sequence set by Master/Central during CONNECT_REQ. Seriously read some more sources about BLE if you want to use it.

example : I have A point which will send data to many device. with "channel 1", A only can send data to B . with "channel 2" A only can send data to C, B don't receive data from A. "Channel 1" and "Channel 2" differ radio frequency . Can I do that with BLE example?

You cannot mingle with frequency or any other RADIO register if you are using BLE stack such as Nordic Soft Device. There are layers which manage that and never your APP. You should start from very beginning like what are you doing and what technology to use and what HW and what SW example etc. This has no sense to post random specific questions and then saying that you are basically not sure about what are you doing overall.

Yes. Either start from scratch e.g. simple C programs on embedded systems and come back to such problem in 6-12 months when you are confident with your skills or do something else in your life.

Sure, if you simply do full-text search for that expression over whole nRF5 SDK package (typically filtered on C and H files) you will see where it is used. Because your question suggests that you have little idea about writing C code on embedded system let me warn you: this is useful only if you are writing some kind of test firmware or your own radio stack. If you intend to use some existing technology such as BLE then you never manage such low-level things from your application, this is job of lower stack.
