That folder or file isn't included in the SDK, and I'm not quite sure why the paths is included in the first place.
I think you can safely ignore that file, and move your project to a new folder.

I am using SDK 12.2.0 , Softdevice Version: S132.

I don't know what file you are looking for. Which SDK are you working with?
Could it be the sdk_config header file you are looking for?

I did that except the following file. ......\config\ble_app_uart_c_pca10040_s132 I am unable to locate this file. And also is it required to edit compiler control string? If yes, how to do that?

hi, try to add all dependency files in target c/c++. instead it will appear default from the zip file folder of the sdk.
