&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know if it matters though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you post your Preprocessor Symbol Defines? In &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/181817/low-power-problem-with-gpio-i2c-and-spi-in-nrf52/"&gt;this case&lt;/a&gt; you say that you use SDK 13 in which case you should have:&lt;/p&gt;
