nrfjprog.exe -f nrf52 --program "xxxxx\connectivity_1.2.1_115k2_with_s132_3.0.hex" --sectorerase nrfjprog.exe -f nrf52 --reset

then use "nRF Connect" , same situation

Have you tried to restart nRF Connect and disconnect and reconnect your kit to the PC?

Also what kit are you using?

Hi, can you try to program the firmware with e.g. nrfjprog? You can find the .hex files in the folder path "\nrfconnect\resources\app.asar.unpacked\node_modules\pc-ble-driver-js\pc-ble-driver\hex" (on windows).
