Hi,

nRF Connect will only work with Segger J-Link devices. Please have a look at these threads: 1 - 2 - 3.

Im not using the official DK there is two Uart on my board one is USB - CH340G - P0.08 P0.06 another is USB - JLink CDC - P0.15 P0.16

YES，Serial Driver both okay , but nRF Connect only use JLink uart, CH340G Uart is not avariable

Don't understand your question. What did you see in the device manager PORTS (COM &LPT) when you plug in your nRF51 dongle or the nRF DK?
