No, S130 is "all in one" and the only one "supported". And no, if compatibility matrix says that the last nRF5 SDK with nRF51 support is v12.3.0 then nothing for nRF51 in V14.x.

Hi, isn't S130 supposed to be for central devices??, Is there anything in SDK v 14.x.x that I can use on my nrf51822?

If you want to stick with nRF51 then last nRF5 SDK supporting it is v12.3.0. In addition S110 is more or less deprecated for few years, you should use S130 which is available there. For all compatibility concerns simply read compatibility matrix and stick with numbers presented there (so e.g. if you insist on S110 then you need to go to SDK v10.0.0).
