What negative effects on user experience does changing the address have? Do you know how the competitors are doing that? BLE wise?

yes i don't want the user to go into Bluetooth settings and forget the bond information. change the bluetooth address is a way. Is there a better way to give the user experience? I know a competitor's product can do that not used change the bluetooth adddress.

You don't want the user to go into Bluetooth settings and forget the bond information?

I guess you could change the Bluetooth address, then the phone A will not be able to recognize the nRF51. Would that work for you?

This is a common keyboard/mouse application, Users should be able to use mobile phone devices to generalduty connect bluetooth. so must advertise and cant used non-connectable advertising.

this program Just to solve A phone connect the nrf51822, the B phone want connect nrf51822 but It's not easy to cancel the pair on the A phone.

It is not possible to blacklist peers. You not advertise be an option? Or do non-connectable advertising? I'm not sure if it is a good suggestion for your application.
