Tried in this mode, but I did not succeed. If try to additionally start the advertising on the central, the connection does not occur at all.Once it should work, then ok, I'll look for an error.

I hope that a smartphone with a long range will appear in the near future. Therefore, I want to add this opportunity to the project. And while using the phone with Bluetooth 4.

If you mean

Peripheral nRF52840 PDK <-- Long Range --> Central nRF52840 PDK + Peripheral nRF52840 PDK <-- 1Mbps --> Central smart phone

it should be possible yes. Have you tried?

The statement "The smartphone can be both bluetooth 5 (long range) and bluetooth 4 (1 Mbit)." confuses me, as far as I know there are not smart phones that supports long range.
