Hi, Elhaki. You are trying to broadcast a URL, but your beacon is an iBeacon format beacon so can not do this directly. You should either buy an Eddystone URL beacon or learn how to get Nearby Notifications to recognize your iBeacon and then to provide the URL that you want to broadcast.

The user guide mention iBeacon. Please search online how to configure app to scan for UUID of the iBeacon and alert app if beacon is located.

How do you envision that this "near the beacon and get notifcation or link from app" should work? In every case unless you want to change the firmware you need to go to the provider not this forum.

Did you not get a user manual with the beacon, that show describe how it works?

It is not possible for us to know how the firmware or 3rd party products work. You will have to contact the manufacturer of the beacon to get details on this.
