What to you mean by the "UART over BLE application" found in Keil uVision?
Are you not using the examples from our SDK?

i used the example found in keil uVision "UART over BLE application" but it not work i dont know how to make the BLE connection between the SKB369 modules "these modules have nrf52832 chips".

Hi ab!

Did you take a look at the UART example in our SDK?
We have both a central and a peripheral example available, and you should be able to acheive what you want with those examples.
