Having a spearate bootloader adds some complexity, but it also provides protection since you can always fall back to the bootloader if any errors occur during an update.</p> <p>You will also reduce the maximum size of a DFU image as you will have to hold both the old and new image that both include a BL, which will be about 23-25kB.</p> <p>Best regards Bjørn</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
