Hi Bhavesh,
I am not able to reproduce the behavior you are reporting. Master Control Panel is now obsolete and I would recommend that you use nrfutil v0.5.3 to perform DFU from a PC, you can download it here. The install instructions can be found here.

The same setup worked on windows 7 installed pc, but not working on windows 10 installed PC (Tried on two windows10 PC). The Master Control Panel version is same for all the PC (windows7 and 10) is 3.10.0.14. Can anyone please explain this behavior?

Master Control Panel is working correctly for scanning connecting to a device or reading/writing the values of characteristics of the services. But while Performing DFU it's having such issue.

I did re-write the nRF51 dongle's jlink firmware as discussed in question devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

Yes, I can do that. But I do not understand why a same DFU.zip file package is working from android mobile nRF connect application, and not from a PC using Master Control Panel (using nRF51 dongle)

Could you try to compile the dual bank bootloader for pca10040 yourself and flash the generated hexfile to the nRF52 together with the S132 SoftDevice?

Could you make sure that you have flashed the Master Emulator Firmware(MEFW) to the nRF51 Dongle by selecting File-> Flash Programming->Program?
