&lt;p&gt;I guess what you want is to enable the readback protection.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know of any way to do this in SEGGER Embedded Studio other than add it to your code.&lt;br /&gt;
That means writing to the UICR, more specific the APPROTECT register.&lt;br /&gt;
Take a look at &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/185356/how-to-write-values-to-uicr-register/"&gt;this answer&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another way to enable readback protection, is using nrfjprog.&lt;br /&gt;
You can use the command;  nrfjprog --rbp ALL&lt;br /&gt;
You can also enable the readback protection in nRFgo Studio.&lt;/p&gt;
