In the end, it was a wiring problem, more or less. In fact the problem was the nRF52832 chip wasn't welded very well.

A new custom board, with the chip welded again and re-checked, is fully working.

Now I have problems to get the output terminal through SWD, but I'm going to ask it in a new question.

So you are using the CSP package? Seems like you haven't connected all of the GND pins? C4, C5, E3 and F5.

I don't remove the wires, only power the custom board I want to use with a battery.

Anyway I've just tried both boards, removing the wires of the another, with the same effect.

Here I put the gerber files. I hope they will be fine.

So you remove the wires from P20 as well right? The schematics looks ok. Do you have gerber files or similar of your PCB too?

No, when I power one custom board, the other is off.

Yes, The lines I connect are VTG, SWDIO, SWDCLK and GND DETECT but this is for the another custom board that is connected in P20.

The custom board in this question is connected to P19.

I put here the schematics I can share with you (it's OneDrive). If you want it in other platform, tell to me.

OK, and you don't have the two boards connected at the same time right? The SWD lines you connect to your custom board are GND DETECT, VTG, SWDIO and SWDCLK? A total of 4 lines in addition to the VDD and the GND from P1 to the custom board.

This might also be a problem with the PCB design itself. Can you please post the schematic and PCB design as well?

I am connecting this custom board to P19 and powering it with one of the VDD and one GND from P1 in the DK board.

I also have another custom board connected to P20, but the problem to connect to this board are described here.

Make sure that the two boards have the same ground. Connect a GND cable from the DK to the custom board.

In this case I have this custom board connected through P19, but I also have another connected to P20.

In the P20, I just tried what you told me and I have half success. A lot of time (about 80%) the connection fails but, at least, I finally can connect to one of them. I think the problem are the wires and I had to braid them very well to have this little success.

And yes, I am programming from a nRF52832DK board.

I assume you are programming from a nRF52 DK board? How are you connected to the DK? the P19 or P20 header?

I have had success using P20 with the following setup:

Custom board powered from battery Custom board SWDIO to DK SWDIO Custom board SWCLK to DK SWCLK Custom board VCC (3v3) to DK VTG Custom board GND to DK And Detect

I had similar issues initially but this configuration seemed to work for me...
