You would need to use iron python version 2.7.5. You can follow the instruction here.

Thank you @Hung Bui for the reply. We are trying to use those python files. But we are not able to include those MasterEmulator.dll files in it using clr command. Can you please suggest how to use those python files to do BLE DFU?

There is no nrfutil that support legacy BLE dfu (only serial). But you can have a look at the python code inside nRFMasterControlPanel and use python to do DFU update. The code is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Control Panel\3.10.0.14\lib\dfu

Bootloader is based on SDK11. Can you suggest which nrfutil version will support BLE OTA DFU for legacy dfu.

Which SDK your bootloader based on ?

Master Control Panel tool is pretty out of date and only support legacy DFU.

Latest nrfutil doesn't support legacy DFU.
