I'm currently developing a project in which I require a remote control (touchscreen TFT + arm MCU) to send and recive some data over a bluetooth connection to the central unit of the system.
What I'm looking for is the cheapest solution

RE: New to bluetooth

All right! I have another question though, regarding certification.

If I use nRF8001 and design the rest of the chip I'll need a certification to use it for commercial porpuses right?
What if I use a module like this one: learn.adafruit.com/.../introduction

Will I need a certification as well?

RE: New to bluetooth

The nRF8001 can only act as a Peripheral device, so it will not be suitable for your central unit. You can however, like you ask, use a nRF51822 on your central unit and a nRF8001 on the remote. The nRF51822 acts as a Central device with the S120 SoftDevice programmed.

RE: New to bluetooth

With 2 nRF8001 would I be able to connect the central unit of my system (an ARM MCU operating a bunch of sensors and relays) to the remote controller (TFT+MCU)? If you require more flexibility (peripheral and central) you can use the nRF51822 or if possible run your entire design on the nRF51822 as this is ARM based.
