But I have it working now, changed the IRAM to 0x20001FE8 and had to remove my old bootloader. With SDK 12 you should use S130 v2.0.x. The size of S130 is 0x1B000 and you should adjust the IROM1 start address in the Target options in Keil accordingly. Is this all in order?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
