You would probably also need to perform RF-PHY certification. Please read these posts.

Note that Nordic can help you with a layout/design review. For that, I recommend that you create a support case ticket in MyPage. In the support case you should upload the Gerber files(or Altium files) and schematics, and ask for a review. We can also help with antenna tuning on the end-product, if that is needed.

Hi Sigurd,

If we wait until the nRF52840 + S140 is qualified. The next process, Can we go to product listing with SIG directly with only just reference to Nordic QDID?

or Do we need to qualify our End product again before go to product listing?

We will have the QDIDs in place at the time we release the production version of the nRF52840. I recommend waiting for this.
