Thanks for supporting.
Now i am work with secure dfu using SDK12.3.0.
My Hardware :PCA10028
nrfutil version 3.1.0
Create Zip file like : nrfutil pkg generate --hw-version 51 --sd-req 0x80 --application-version 4 --application

RE: Secure DFU Issue

@Murugan What is the output from your nrfutil command? First off, are you sure you are using the s130 v2.0.0 softdevice? Under the
components/softdevice/s130/hex/
folder in SDK 12.3.0, it says SD 2.0.1, which would make the correct
--sd-req
code 0x87. But double check what SD you are using.

Also, not sure if you can use key.pem as your private key (see link). Should work I guess. In the Secure DFU blog post, the private key is called private.key. Not sure if this will make a difference though.

If you follow the blog post I mention above, it should be quite straightforward how to do secure dfu. Let me know if you need anymore help! Could also be something with micro-ecc like nemunoz commented.

RE: Secure DFU Issue

Ok, I just found this post related to your problem with it own solution.
How are you uploading the zip file?

There are two apps (as far as I know) which can do the DFU proccess:

nRF Toolbox

nRF Connect

If you are using nRF Connect, after pressing the button CONNECT on DfuTarg, you will have a very little button on the right of DISCONNECT. That button has two arrows and the three letters "DFU" and you have to upload your zip file through there.

I hope this will be helpful, because the command you wrote looks good (I don't have any nRF51 board to check the versions of SoftDevice and SDKs).
