@endnode, Thank you so much and you answered my question, Now I can start with that example, the only difference I can think of is the fact, I am using device manager module, and you are using peer manager module. If that solve my problem the I try using SDK 11 or 12, using peer manager.

Sorry not answering, I needed ten minutes to try some of these examples as you claim. I don't have deprecated old SDK releases but my nRF51 DK (PCA10028) board with pre-compiled Heart Rate Monitor example from nRF5 SDK v12.3.0 works like a charm. I can connect to it and pair from my Android phone as well as Windows 10 test app.

I definitely use your advise and start using trace and debug mechanism, now let me ask my question above in another form, replace every iphone in above comment with ANDROID base phone, even better replace every iphone with the phone that you are currently using, then please answer this question: Can you at least tell me which one of the Nordic example to start with for base with debugging feature on?

I do understand what is intended behavior and I do understand your frustration. Not being fan of Apple products I would say throw your shitty phone out and use something better. But because that's probably not what you are looking for I say: debug what is happening between that phone and BLE peripheral by reading the bluetooth exchange log. For that you can use any Nordic DK with their sniffer (with little bit of luck).

@endnode, The behavior I am looking is just like my cell phone in my GS350, when I enter to my car, bang my car pair to my ipohne and ready to go. Now next day my wife use my car and use her cell iphone, again bang it recognize hers like a magic and ready to go. Unless if my car is not using BLE bluetooth, Can you at least tell me which one of the Nordic example works like that?

Then you will need BLE trace (or at least this looks like fastest way to me).

Almost every example from Nordic SDK 10.x.x I use has the same behavior. i.e. hid_keyboard, hid_mouse, ble_hrs, ble_bps, adn I do use them untouched.

On embedded device like nRF5x chips all the magic lives in firmware. So ultimate question is: what bloody firmware you have in that thing?:) If it is your customized FW then you should be able to debug how it advertise and what it does on Security Manager level once the connection is established. If you use untouched FW from Nordic SDK then we should be able to see in the code what it can do in terms of paired and bonded devices.

Also in such cases having BLE sniffer or similar RF analyzer trace is very helpful (actually that's the way how most of BLE developers would debug this case because it's crucial to see if the second phone connects at all and if then in what stage it hangs).
