@Ulrich - Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure if it is timing related or if the tool kit was required to be updated first, or what. As of this moment, I updated the toolkit, then the above app, and yes, all the contents were updated properly and functional.

If you are having problems still, please create a new issue. This one has been marked as solved and will not be gathering much attention anymore. This issue was also an Android issue to begin with, where the permission duplication system got changed. I believe this has been fixed a long time ago.

Wish android or nordic support it soon!! Master control Panel is very useful tool and Android L support BLE Peripheral Mode. ;-)

It looks like the new permissions are not working as they should in the preview.
