Can you try to

Hold in the RESET button while power cycling the board
The board should show up as a USB storage device called BOOTLOADER.
Drag and drop this file onto the storage device.
Power cycle the kit.

Is the USB storage device that shows up called JLINK?

Yes, I try everything from this list of advices, it's still not detected by Keil and Segger (and also nrfgoStudio)...

I try to reinstall nrf-command-line-tools, segger j-link software, reload firmware on the board, but result still the same

Can you please go through the suggestions here? My nRF52/nRF51 DK kit doesn't work.
