I got blinky project working and also add RTT debugging output information. I can see information from RTT viewer. Thank you so much. Big step for me!

Hi,

There are IAR projects for allmost every example in the SDK. If you have not yet run any examples, I would recommend that you read carefully and follow the Getting Started guide in the SDK documentation. Most of the examples will also print some debugging information, either to UART or RTT. If you want to start with a simple UART example, you can find that here.

We have a tutorial section here on DevZone, that I recommend you to take a look at to learn more about the basics of BLE and the SDK modules. Note that some of the tutorials are written for older SDKs, so please make sure you use the specified SDK version when following the tutorials, to avoid any errors.

Why not try the ble_app_beacon instead? Also look at the example description in infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp

Software Development Kit > nRF5 SDK > nRF5 SDK v11.0.0 > Examples > Bluetooth low energy examples > BLE Peripheral

And if you can afford it, get the PCA10031 dongle, hook it up with the PC and launch the master control panel program; it really helps with learning the nRF stuff!
