&lt;p&gt;Could you make sure that your IROM/IRAM settings are set properly for S110 example projects (if you&amp;#39;re using those)? The flash algorithm will give you an error if you&amp;#39;re trying to flash into the region of the softdevice.&lt;/p&gt;
