I am using soft device V8.0, will the IROM1 and IRAM1 addresses still remain same? I encounter Cortex Mo error event after performing the above edits suggested by you.

Along these lines, would it be possible to get the source code for the Keil IDE nRF51xx flashing algorithm so that a driver could be developed by end-users that would allow writing to code region 0 (and the uicr)? Right now, it does not appear to be possible to update the soft device unless you use the JLINK emulator and its Nordic-specific programming tools.

These IRAM/IROM settings are for the SoftDevice v7.0.0. If using v6.0.0 or older, please use IROM_start = 0x14000 and IROM_Size = 0x2B000.

Hi,

Could you make sure that your IROM/IRAM settings are set properly for S110 example projects (if you're using those)? The flash algorithm will give you an error if you're trying to flash into the region of the softdevice.
