Did you remove all the pc-ble-driver* directories in that location?

Jørgen Holmefjord we already tried with latest one. and still we are getting same error. why we not found this modules? Any other suggestions or solutions?

What file did you download? The PyPi libs are not available on github, but located here. If one file is missing, there is likely other files missing or causing errors. You should try removing the library from PyPi using the uninstall command, then make sure there is no pc_ble_driver_py directories located in /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/site-packages/, before you install again using PyPi.

It was not there but we copied it from github.com/.../pc-ble-driver-py and put it in the same path. now it should work right? but still not.:(

we are using Python 2.7.14 mac os version 10.12.6

Could you verify if the library is present on the location where the driver looks for it (/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pc_ble_driver_py-0.11.3-py2.7.egg/pc_ble_driver_py/lib/macos_osx/libpc_ble_driver_shared_sd_api_v3.dylib)? Could you also provide details on what version of Python and macOS you are using?

Did you install pc-ble-driver-py using PyPI, following the instructions in the GitHub repo? Have you tried removing and installing again?

pip uninstall pc_ble_driver_py
pip install pc-ble-driver-py
