Thank you very much, but command "nrfjprog --eraseall" dose not work, I update the nRF Connect from v2.2.1 to v2.3.0, the problem is sovled. Thank you again!

Hi tianbing357,

Could you try running this command on your dev kit before running nrf connect:

nrfjprog --eraseall

See this link for installing & getting started with nrfjprog. Also, these two cases could be helpful (case 1, case 2). Once you have done that, could you again upload the nrf connect log file to devzone if this doesn't work.

Thank you for your help, but when I press the "Select Serial port button", got a error message,the Log is followed:Connectivity firmware version 1.2.1 detected;Opening adapter connected to COM8;Successfully opened COM8. Baud rate: 1000000. Flow control: none. Parity: none.;Reset performed on adapter COM8;Error occured when opening port. Errorcode: NRF_ERROR_TIMEOUT (0xd). Respect your answer.

You should be able to select the 52DK by pressing the "Select Serial port button". Then, you can choose the device you want to use there. The number shown under COM refers to the number located on the bottom of the white sticker on the MCU of the 52DK. Then, nrf connect for windows will ask to upgrade the device firmware if necessary. After that, you will be able to scan to press the start scan button & scan for advertising bluetooth devices (see this link).
