The sensor use I2C/TWI interface, have you tried modifying the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v14.2.0/twi_sensor_example.html?cp=4_0_0_4_6_39">TWI sensor example</a> to work with your sensor? This example communicate with the LM75 thermometer sensor using TWI. It should not be hard to change the registers etc. to match the ones of your sensor.
