i use softdevice s112 and android phone ,but sniffer it do not work well

What Softdevice version are you using?
What phone are you using and what OS does it run?
Can you provide some sniffer traces? You can use a development kit and our sniffer solution if you don't have professional equipment.

I USE MAX_CONN_INTERVAL=75 msec, MIN_CONN_INTERVAL=20 msec,and i use sdk14.2.0 uart example , i also have this question BLE_HCI_INSTANT_PASSED, when i Connect thirty or forty minutes.and i do not handle any data that received from nus service. i also run pwm ,Do not know if it will be affected

Do you nrf uart or any of Nordic apps? If yes, does it says anything about in words besides error code? Try this link have you googled and dev zoned the question? What are the results?
